REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  
  

• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

  
  

• Ability to cook in bulk quantities (Rice & Curry, Hoppers, Kottu, etc.)

  
  

• Experience in Sri Lankan, Indian & Chinese cuisine

  
  

• Team player with a positive attitude
