We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Executive - International Sales for Pintanna Oud.

01. Customer Service: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
02. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, offering personalized service and tailored recommendations to meet their needs and preferences.
03. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our luxury items, highlighting features and benefits to customers and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
04. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, implementing upselling and cross-selling techniques, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
05. Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring smooth and seamless checkout experiences for customers.
06. Store Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including merchandising displays and replenishing stock as needed to enhance the shopping atmosphere.
07. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
08. Customer Inquiry Handling: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
09. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention measures, to safeguard company assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.


  • Minimum One Year Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing industry is required, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

  • Pleasant Personality: Possess a pleasant demeanor, good PR skills, and excellent telephone etiquette to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently to complete tasks on time, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively convey product information.

  • Arabic Proficiency (Added Benefit): Proficiency in Arabic is considered an added benefit, particularly for engaging with international clients.
