Requirements
For Executive Level:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in retail or sales. Experience within the beauty or fragrance industry is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on high-quality customer service.
Mindset: A passion for sales and a proven track record of being target-driven.
For Junior Level:
Education: School leavers are highly encouraged to apply.
Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong willingness to learn the luxury fragrance trade.
Skills: Basic communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
