Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Sales Manager for Pintanna Oud.

01. Supervision and Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations of the outlet.

02. Sales Strategy and Promotion:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

03. Target Setting and Performance Management:
- Develop and communicate sales targets aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions.

04. Sales Team Training and Development:
- Conduct training to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.

05. Performance Review and Feedback:
- Hold regular meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide feedback and coaching.

06. Customer Engagement and Promotion:
- Conduct field visits to understand needs, promote products, and build relationships. Attend events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

07. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain existing customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail sector.

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective strategies.
