Job Responsibilities
Monitor all Hil functions and drive the HR team to complete tasks efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor the entire payroll function for the entire Group
Implement HR strategies to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement. Manage employee relations with professionalism, fostering a collaborative work environment.
identify skill gaps and submit reports to facilitate respective training sessions.
Deeply engage with the existing HRIS and identify developments according to company requirements.
Attend to Labour Department/Labour Tribunal matters on behalf of the company Promote teamwork within the Hill department and across the organization.
Requirements
A Master's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management.
At least 4-ti years of experience in HR preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of HRIS
Proven skills in payroll handling, performance management, and learning & development.
Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent HR report writing skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detall
A proactive approach to driving change and improving processes
Preferred candidates from Colombo/Nugegoda/Maharagama/Pilyandala/Kottawo areas
