Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage ERP system for accurate inventory and procurement records.
Generate GRNs promptly upon receipt of goods.
Verify quality and accuracy of incoming goods.
Keep precise, up-to-date inventory at all times.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager on stock and reorder levels.
Prepare inventory and procurement reports regularly.
Collaborate across departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management (preferred).
Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP system (an advantage).
Proficient in MS Excel with strong reporting and data handling skills.
