Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant/service staff.
- Ensure smooth table service and provide prompt guest assistance.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Train, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Monitor inventory of dining area supplies and coordinate replenishments.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
