Job Responsibilities
A strong candidate profile should demonstrate a blend of skills, experience, and personality traits that make them effective in driving revenue and building relationships.
Develop & execute the national sales strategy aligned with Pintanna Oud’s luxury brand positioning & growth targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, distribution, and market penetration goals.
Drive expansion across key channels including modern trade, general trade, duty free, boutiques, & premium hospitality.
Manage key accounts, distributors, & strategic partners, ensuring strong relationships & optimal shelf visibility.
Set sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts; closely monitor performance and take corrective actions where required.
Oversee pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives in coordination with marketing and brand teams.
Ensure effective market coverage, with a strong focus on priority regions and high-potential outlets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, consumer trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Manage and Prepare stock reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / CIM / Professional Qualification in related field from Authorized University.
Previous experience in the Managerial position in Cosmetic Sales industry is preferred.
5–7 years’ experience in similar capacity in same Industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
