Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement modern trade strategies to achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarket chains and key accounts.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for growth.
Coordinate with distribution, sales, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Ensure product availability and merchandising standards across outlets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in FMCG modern trade sales (experience in perfumes or beverages is an added advantage).
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Age below 35 years.
