WE ARE HIRING DIGITAL OFFICER
Be the driving force behind our plantation brands' digital presence!
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Officer to support and strengthen the digital operations of our plantation branches.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and maintain official social media pages of assigned plantation branches.
Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Gather photos, videos, and other content required from branches.
Maintain digital records, page analytics, and campaign performance reports.
Prepare and submit monthly digital activity reports.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and the Digital Marketing Team to implement digital strategies.
Ensure all digital activities comply with company brand guidelines.
Build positive working relationships with branch teams and provide digital marketing support.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Content Creation.
Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator will be an added advantage).
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly to plantation branches.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
