Job Responsibilities
Pintanna Holdings is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and results-driven professional to join our organization as an Internal Audit Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, develop, and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across the organization.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports with practical recommendations.
Monitor implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
Liaise with senior management and the Audit Committee.
Lead, guide, and mentor the internal audit team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Fully or part-qualified in CA / ACCA / CIMA / CIA or equivalent.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management, and corporate governance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and independence.
