We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing data, generating actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or business environment.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Analytics, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
Proficiency in SQL or other data querying languages (an added advantage).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Measure ROI of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop data-driven strategies.
Use statistical tools and software to forecast trends and consumer behavior.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing platforms and CRM systems.
