Job Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Deep understanding of local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, corporate finance, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices.
- High-level analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial management with overall business goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

Master's degree (e.g., MBA or MSc in Finance) is preferred.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or equivalent certification is required.

Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (e.g., Finance Director, Controller, etc.).

Experience in managing teams and financial operations in a complex business environment.
