Job Responsibilities
-Manage and develop assigned FMCG territory to achieve sales targets
-Expand product reach and ensure effective market coverage
-Identify new business opportunities, key outlets, and high-potential areas
-Plan and execute spot promotions to enhance brand visibility and sales performance
-Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail customers
-Ensure timely reporting and market feedback to management
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG
Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and trade channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid riding license (motorcycle) will be an added advantage
